So, How Do You Increase Semen Volume & Improve Sperm Health?

1. Quit Smoking
I know—coming from a guy who enjoys a cigar now and then, it’s a bit ironic. But habitual cigarette smoking causes nerve damage, which decreases the production of the fluids that make up semen. Cut it out.

2. Hydrate Like Crazy
Drinking more water = more semen volume. Hydration increases all the fluids that support and nourish sperm.
- If your pee is dark, you’re dehydrated
- If it’s crystal clear, you’re overhydrated.
- Also: Cut down on alcohol and caffeine, which are diuretics and dry you out.
3. Do Kegels
You know that muscle you use to stop peeing midstream? That’s your BC muscle. Strengthen it with Kegels:
- Hold for 5 seconds, release.
- Do 10 reps a day.

4. Ejaculate Less Frequently
