Problems With Card Being Charged/Not Being Charged? (i.e. Contacting Gumroad Payment Support)

Please email and explain the problem to them and they will be able to help you out, I don't process the payments they do, so they have access to all the records of attempted/failed/successful credit card transactions and can easily help you.

I didn't receive my Ebook, Where is it?

Please check your spam and promotions folder for the download receipt email as it sometimes ends up there, it'll be an email from Gumroad not from me.

Alternatively you can login to your Gumroad account and go to your Library and find the download link there.

Lastly if you still can't find it you can email and say "Can you please send me my unique download link for this product, I was unable to find it".

When will I receive my Digital Products?

Your Ebooks should arrive in your inbox immediately, in the case of my video courses you’ll immediately receive a PDF with instructions on how to login to your new account on this website.
