Position 6A: Pulling down and to your left.Gripping the penis from behind your leg allows for more pressure to be applied in the downward direction.

Position 4B: Rear view of the behind the leg grip.

Extra Position: Wrapping the penis over your wrist and pulling down applies more pressure to the shaft in the downward direction.
